In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter “the Law”), we inform you of the following:

1.- Responsible for the Protection of Personal Data.

Metal Jacketing Experts (formerly Aislamientos Integral Victoria, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. y Subsidiarias), is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. In this regard, and in compliance with the legal obligations established in “the Law,” this document informs data subjects about the information collected from them and the purposes for which such information will be used.

Furthermore, we inform you that Metal Jacketing Experts (formerly Aislamientos Integral Victoria, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. y Subsidiarias), is located at: Avenida fundidora #501, local 84, pb. Cintermex. Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.

2.- Purposes for which Personal Data is Collected

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary to establish our relationship with you, as well as to provide the services and/or fulfill the requests you make, considering the relationship with each data subject (candidates, employees, clients and/or prospective clients, suppliers, prospective suppliers, distributors, visitors to physical offices):

• Information about our products and services.

• Identifying you as a client, supplier, and/or investor.

• Contracting additional services.

• Addressing complaints, comments, and/or suggestions.

• Invoicing.

• Contacting you, your contacts, and/or references.

• Performing necessary internal management related to the ongoing commercial and/or contractual relationship between you and Metal Jacketing Experts.

• Understanding the data subject’s work experience, conducting research and socioeconomic studies to verify information provided by the data subject; processing sensitive data such as the data subject’s past and present health data, through the request for clinical and medical studies, to evaluate the possibilities of being hired.

• Carrying out necessary procedures to obtain a debit card for salary deposits and other benefits generated in favor of the data subject; maintaining control of the data subject’s attendance and entry/exit times; carrying out necessary procedures for registration, deregistration, modification, and disability claims before IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and other government institutions.

• Making clarifications and follow-ups on payments or any other situation arising from the products and/or services provided by Metal Jacketing Experts; registering and updating data in the internal business management system for access to Personal Data by authorized persons; generating a record in the client and/or prospective client database, which will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship; contacting the data subject to manage and collect debts.

• Registering the supplier profile in the internal administration system for access by authorized personnel, which will be retained for the duration of the commercial relationship; registering them in their accounting system and in the electronic invoice control system for access to Personal Data by authorized persons.

• Processing the data subject’s patrimonial and/or financial Personal Data to provide the products and/or services it commercializes; conducting transactions with credit institutions arising from commercial operations carried out with the data subject.

• Storing the image, as well as visitor information to the Metal Jacketing Experts premises, in different databases, in order to maintain control of entries and exits of visitors to its facilities, which is part of the security measures adopted internally.

• Providing additional communications, information, and promotions, launching new products, image changes, newsletters, and news updates.

• Bulk email marketing.

• To inform and/or invite participation in courses, training, and/or events organized by Metal Jacketing Experts.

• Following up on topics related to the aforementioned purposes.

3.- Personal Data Collected from the Data Subject

To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, Metal Jacketing Experts may use and/or collect from the Data Subject Personal Data such as full name, nationality, date of birth, marital status, federal taxpayer registry (RFC), unique population registry key (CURP), official identification, image of the data subject when accessing the facilities of Metal Jacketing Experts, through security cameras (video surveillance), address, mobile or landline phone numbers (home or office), email, position or role in an organization, economic activity, and patrimonial information, account number; personal data that will be collected according to the relationship with each data subject (candidates, employees, clients and/or prospective clients, suppliers, prospective suppliers, distributors, visitors to physical offices), the mentioned personal data corresponds to:

• Identification personal data.

• Contact personal data.

• Patrimonial and/or financial personal data.

Metal Jacketing Experts may collect your data indirectly when we obtain information through public access sources or permitted transfers. In the event that you contact us through social networks, we may process the information contained in your public profile on the relevant social network, as well as the content of your publications.

Likewise, we inform you that, for the purposes of what is stated in this privacy notice, Metal Jacketing Experts may process personal data of third parties as personal references, so by providing the personal data of such third parties for Metal Jacketing Experts to contact them by physical and/or electronic means, you acknowledge having obtained the required consent in terms of applicable regulations.

Metal Jacketing Experts undertakes not to transfer or share the Personal Data referred to in this Notice to third parties, unless it is necessary to fulfill the purposes of this notice, or if it is required in compliance with a legal authority request.

4.- Data Transfer, Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO Rights)

Additionally, Metal Jacketing Experts informs the data subject that their Personal Data may be transferred among companies belonging to the same Business Group of which it is a part.

Therefore, if the Data Subject does not express their opposition to their Personal Data being transferred through the exercise of ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) described below, it will be understood that they have given their consent for such transfers.

You have the right at all times to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of use we give it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); similarly, you have the right to have your information removed from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, the respective request must be submitted via the following email address: privacidaddedatos@integralvictoria.com by sending a written request to the aforementioned email, which must contain:

• Name of the data subject and address or other means to communicate our response.

• Valid official identification of the data subject, and if applicable, their representative (National Electoral Institute, passport, professional ID).

• Clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise your ARCO rights.

• Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.

In case the information/documentation is erroneous or insufficient, Metal Jacketing Experts may request the missing elements to process your request, within 5 business days following the receipt of your request. You will have 10 business days to comply with said request, counted from the day after you received it. If you do not respond within this period, the request will be considered not submitted.

If your information and/or documentation are correct and contain all the necessary elements to process your ARCO rights request, Metal Jacketing Experts will provide a response within 20 business days following the date of receipt of your request. If your request is deemed appropriate, it will be made effective within 15 business days following the date on which the response is communicated to you.

It is worth mentioning that you can revoke your consent for the use of your personal data at any time. Likewise, you should consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we cannot continue providing the service you requested, or the termination of your relationship with us.

To revoke the consent you grant herein or to limit its disclosure, you must do so by sending an email to privacidaddedatos@integralvictoria.com. The requirements to prove your identity, as well as the procedure and response times to address your request, will be governed by the same criteria as the immediately preceding section.
